This latest episode is an interesting little side discussion where I share some of what I learned about getting into coaching as a career.
I love talking about this stuff because it was very real for me and I have a lot of friends who are still in it or at some point were in it.
Some have advanced upward to D1 and some are now Head Coaches at their own levels.
